# Membership Types and Pricing

> Pipeline Bio membership plans for Members — Lite, Standard, and Pro — and free Storefront listing for Provider Organisations.

Pipeline Bio has two kinds of account, and which one you need depends on whether you are sourcing capability or offering it.

**Members** — biotech, medtech, pharma, academic, and hospital research teams looking to discover and engage Providers. Membership is tiered.

**Providers** — organisations listing their capabilities on a Storefront. Listing is free.

An organisation can hold both roles. A biotech team that uses the Platform to find Providers can also maintain a free Storefront of its own, commonly to surface collaboration or licensing opportunities.

All paid plans are priced in Australian dollars and billed annually.

## Features worth knowing about

**Project scoping session** — a 30-minute session with the Pipeline Bio team to refine a draft RFP, sharpen scope, and improve Provider matching. Members receive a written shortlist of suitable Providers matched to their requirements, with optional introductions. Included on every plan.

**AI Search Agent** — available on Standard and Pro. Search across Providers and capabilities using natural, goal-oriented queries rather than navigating the taxonomy.

**Comparison tool** — compare Providers side by side across capabilities, location, and Quality and Compliance Accreditations, including a radar view. Accessible from My Favourites.

**RFP Summary Report** — available on Pro. An auditable record of which Providers an RFP was sent to and how they responded, useful for internal approvals and for discussions with advisers about overseas outsourcing.

## Listing as a Provider

There is no cost for an organisation to create or edit a Storefront and list its capabilities. Being a Provider does not require a paid Member account.

Eligible Provider Organisations registered within the Asia-Pacific region can create a Storefront, subject to verification. If your organisation already appears in the Directory of Providers, you can claim the existing listing rather than creating a new one.

## Billing

Paid memberships are billed annually and renew each year. Pipeline Bio sends a reminder 30 days before renewal. Membership, renewal dates, invoices, and billing details are managed through your billing account, reached from **Organisation Details** then **Billing information**.
