# How to Edit and Manage Your Storefront on Pipeline Bio

> Update your logo and public details, manage Clickable Tiles, and create, publish, archive, and republish Capability Listings from Storefront Management.

Your storefront is what Members see when browsing the Platform. Keeping it accurate and current is the main thing within your control that affects how often the right Members find you.

This guide is for Providers.

<Info>
  You can update your storefront yourself, or email `info@pipelinebio.com` with the changes and Pipeline Bio will apply them for you. To book a walkthrough, select **Request tutorial session** at the top of the Storefront Management page.
</Info>

## Step 1: Open Storefront Management

Select **Storefront Management** in the Navigation Panel.

Changes may be reviewed for inappropriate content before becoming visible on the Platform.

## Step 2: Update your public and private details

<Steps>
  <Step title="Update your logo">
    SVG, PNG, and JPG files are accepted.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Edit public details">
    These are the details every Member sees:

    * **Company bio** — up to 400 characters
    * **Company Category** — up to two
    * **Quality and compliance certifications**
    * **Website URL**
    * **States and Territories of operation**
  </Step>

  <Step title="Edit your enquiry email">
    Under **Private details**, set the email address that receives Member enquiry notifications. All other notifications go to your sign-up email.

    <Warning>
      Keep the enquiry email monitored. Enquiries sent to an unattended address are effectively lost, and Members comparing several providers rarely follow up twice.
    </Warning>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Preview your changes">
    Select **Pipeline Bio storefront preview** to see your storefront as a Member would.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Tip>
  With only 400 characters for your company bio, lead with what you do and who you do it for. Accreditations, equipment, and differentiators are better carried by the dedicated fields and your service listings.
</Tip>

## Step 3: Manage Clickable Tiles

Clickable Tiles share additional information and links on your storefront: your website, events, news, partnerships, and similar. A maximum of **four tiles** can be displayed at any time.

* Select **Add new**, or **Edit** an existing tile, to set the title, body text, cover image (25 MB maximum), URL, and tile category.
* Display limits are three lines for the title and six lines for the body text. Members can hover to see the full text.
* Use **Hide** and **Publish clickable tiles** to toggle visibility without losing a tile.
* **Delete** removes a tile permanently.

<Note>
  Service listings must be fee-for-service only. Use Clickable Tiles to surface partnership-based offerings.
</Note>

## Step 4: Manage your service listings

<Steps>
  <Step title="Create a service">
    Select **Create new service**, then enter the service name, its classification within the Capability Taxonomy, and a description. Only the first ten lines of the description display; Members can hover to see more.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Publish it">
    Select **Publish** to submit the listing. New listings are reviewed before going live.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Archive or republish">
    **Remove & archive** removes a service from Member view. Archived services can be republished at any time from the Archived tab.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Warning>
  Services cannot be permanently deleted or edited after publishing. This preserves a clean audit trail. To change a published service, archive it and create a new listing.
</Warning>

Listings are tracked across three tabs — **Live services**, **Pending review**, and **Archived** — and can be filtered by keyword.

## Multiple storefronts

If your organisation has separate departments, laboratories, or facilities with distinct capabilities, you can request additional storefronts using **Submit storefront request** at the bottom of the Storefront Management page. Each requires a new user account and email address.
